Get up and running
in 30 minutes.
Five steps to connect your data, meet your AI, and make your first sale-winning query.
Connect your CRM
Salezx reads your accounts, opportunities, contacts, and activity history directly from your CRM. Connecting it unlocks the KNOW and ACT features — pipeline intelligence, account briefings, deal alerts, and CRM updates via chat.
- 1
Go to Settings → Integrations in your Salezx workspace.
- 2
Select your CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- 3
Click Connect and complete the OAuth authorization in your CRM.
- 4
Wait for initial sync. Most CRMs complete in 5–15 minutes, depending on account history volume.
Admin access required
You need CRM Admin permissions to complete the OAuth flow. If you see a permissions error, contact your CRM administrator and ask them to authorize the Salezx integration on your behalf.
Upload your product documents
Salezx learns your catalog, specs, pricing, and competitive positioning from the documents you upload. The more context you give it, the better and more specific its answers become. Reps will query this knowledge base via chat from the field.
- 1
Go to Documents → Upload in the left navigation.
- 2
Drag and drop your files, or click to browse. Accepts PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CSV.
- 3
Add a category tag to each file: Catalog, Pricing, Specs, Competitive, or Playbook.
- 4
AI processes and indexes your documents. Most files are ready in under 5 minutes.
Where to start
Start with your 20 most-asked-about products — the ones reps call product management about constantly. Upload the spec sheets, pricing pages, and any competitive battlecards for those products first. You can always add more later.
Supported formats
Ask your first question
Open the chat from any screen and ask anything about your products. Salezx answers directly from your uploaded documents — no more searching across shared drives, calling product management, or waiting on a colleague to reply.
Try one of these first
If Salezx says it doesn't know
The answer isn't in your uploaded documents yet. Find the relevant spec sheet, pricing page, or competitive analysis and upload it (Step 02). Salezx will be able to answer that question within minutes.
Log your first meeting via chat
After your next customer call, open Salezx and describe what happened in chat. It writes the CRM record for you — meeting summary, stage update, follow-up task, and contact note — so your reps never fall behind on admin again.
Example chat message
"Log my meeting with Rajesh at Bharat Engineering. We discussed the VM-50 quote — he's comparing us with Haas. He wants delivery confirmed before March. Follow up next Tuesday with updated lead time."
What Salezx does with that
Creates meeting log
Full summary attached to the Bharat Engineering account
Updates opportunity stage
Moves the VM-50 deal to the right pipeline stage
Creates follow-up task
Due next Tuesday, assigned to you
Adds contact note
Records Haas comparison flag on Rajesh's contact record
CRM connection required
ACT features write directly into your CRM. If you skipped Step 01, your voice logs will be saved in Salezx but won't sync until you connect your CRM.
Explore your pipeline intelligence
Now that your data is flowing, Salezx gives you a live picture of every account and deal — plus the ability to draft accurate responses to inbound enquiries and RFQs before your competitors do.
Morning account briefing
Ask:
"Brief me on Bharat Engineering before my call."
Salezx pulls:
— Last meeting + open actions
— Deal stage + value at risk
— Recent ERP orders + delivery status
— Buying signals + next best action
RFQ analysis and draft reply
Ask:
"Analyze this RFQ and draft a response."
Salezx returns:
— Technical fit assessment
— Recommended configuration
— Pricing pulled from your docs
— Full draft reply, ready to send
